What is Love Canned Food?

Love Canned Food is a celebration of all things canned! The campaign has been designed and set up to inform consumers about the benefits of canned food. We want to show the benefits and possibilities that canned food brings to the table (including taste, quality, convenience, value and nutrition!). Currently, the majority of support is funded by Crown (a can manufacturer). Princes Ltd are also helping to support the campaign financially, and provide resources in order to activate the marketing initiative to help spread the message. What is the Love Canned Food Box?

We’ve bundled up some of the best-loved canned products in our Love Canned Food Boxes, so you can always create a nutritious and delicious meal right from your store cupboard.

Who is eligible to purchase Love Canned Food Boxes?

Everyone in the UK is eligible to purchase the boxes through our website.

What is the charge for delivery?

Delivery is £2.99 for 1 box, £5.98 for 2 boxes and £8.97 for 3 boxes to anywhere in England, Wales and Scotland.

I don’t like one of the products in the bundle, can I swap it for another one?

The first bundle we’ve launched includes many family favourites, unfortunately we are not able to change or swap any of the products.

Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We’ll let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

Can I have the delivery sent to someone else?

We understand you may not be home to take delivery yourself so we can deliver to another address for you. Please include this address at the checkout.

I am socially distancing/shielding, how do you ensure safe delivery of the packs?

We are working with our delivery service providers who provide contact free delivery.

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

What is the donation to Fareshare?

And because we know that some families are facing challenges right now, every time you buy a Family Essentials Box, we’ll donate to FareShare to help them to provide food to those who need it most. One box = the equivalent of two meals.*
